I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having brown spotting like this on/off since I was 9 weeks. I went to the ER when it started and they said the baby looked healthy and had a heart rate of 169.

I went for an ultrasound yesterday and they also said the baby looked fine and the heart rate was 162. I take my prenatal gummies every night. I don’t smoke/drink. I don’t do strenuous activities and I only drink water.

This is my third pregnancy and my previous two I carried to term and did NOT spot. I haven’t seen bright red blood nor been cramping but I am terrified. 😭 Has this happened to anyone else?

They did say I had a small ovarian cyst, could that be a cause? I’m also not currently sexually active.
