***Let’s lose some baby weight!***
The last of my baby weight was not budging so I decided to give myself a challenge for September to not have sugar. Also several June mamas agreed to do the challenge with me! Well the results are in and I’m amazed!
I’m not sure if the other ladies stuck with it but if any of you did please share your weight loss in the comments!
But here’s my results! ⬇️
My weight before pregnancy: 123
My weight before birth: 176
My weight before the no sugar challenge: 145
Now at 16 weeks PP I’m 135 lbs‼️
I lost 10 pounds in a month! And I didn’t cut out carbs, pizza, or make my portions smaller. Just no sweets!
Im super proud of myself and I think I’m going to keep this going now that my sugar cravings have dropped and I feel great. 😊
