Positive opk on CD12!?

I am so confused right now, I always always ovulate on CD 16 or 17 (when I've tracked in the past). I'm pretty regular, 28-29 day cycles and I started tracking just this month because  the last couple were a bust. I'm wondering if I've been ovulating early and BD on the wrong days this whole time and maybe my MC messed up my cycle a bit. So frustrating, hoping this month is the month now that I know! Wish I would've started tracking a couple months ago.

Yeah I started ovulating a few days later than my average after my miscarriage too. Super common. No worries. It should regulate within a couple months or so. 
Just do things to support your ovulation like a clean diet and inositol really helps too.

This happened to me the cycle I conceived.  I’m normally say 17/18 (confirmed with bbt) and the cycle I conceived my 3rd was day 12! Sadly lost that babe but just wanted to say it’s possible!

This happened to me this month! I usually peak on CD14/15 but this month it was CD12 and lasted 2 days! Here’s to hoping 🤞🏼

Hello. I always ovulated between day 13-14 and after my loss I started ovulating on day 11
