Can someone help please?

Hello, I am 3 days late today, and I have done about 4 tests, and all had a very (VERY) faint line, apart from yesterday, I couldn't see anything. And now I'm having an achy feeling in my tummy, and my lower back feels quite sore too.

2 months ago I was 2 weeks late with all the tests coming up negative, and then I had what a doctor said a very early miscarage. I had period cramps for the whole time I was 'late' then.

This pain I'm having now, it's not like cramps, it's just like a faint ache all in my abdomen.

Anyone ever experienced something similar?
