10w6d I feel great!!!!

So I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow and I feel great.. I haven't gotten sick in well over a week I get headaches and still tired 24/7 with frequent urination. But I'm not feeling pregnant, now that I'm not sick. Just went to the doctor three days ago and everything measured up the way it should and we saw the heart beating!! My baby wasn't moving though, tossing and turning like some ladies say they experience. But I'm just wondering if feeling great is okay at this point?? Since we're at the closing chapter of our first trimester. Any help!?
