Stressed
My husband was just laid off this week. We just moved and are in need of a new vehicle. It seems like everything that can go wrong this week has, not saying more couldn't happen (it always can). I am constantly stressed now which is affecting my sleep. My hormones are everywhere. I'm laughing one minute and crying to almost the point of a panic attack the next. Any ideas on stress reduction so it does start to affect our baby?
