Is it safe to feed baby room temperature bottle without warming it up?

It's safe, but they like warm fluid since their instinct is to suckle your breast milk which is body temp.

I pump in the middle of the night when I get engorged and if baby is asleep I just set it on the counter until he is ready for it. After 4 hours if he doesn't want it I toss it. I might be tossing it unnecessarily but more often than not he takes it in an hour or two. I don't know the rules of formula though.
