5w 6d ultrasound

Does my ultrasound look normal? I did an early abdomen scan to announce the pregnancy to my in laws at a private ultrasound place. My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so feeling a bit anxious. My first appointment is til 9 weeks. Any thoughts? P.s. the top is my FULL bladder lol I took the drinking water a bit serious :P
