So my cycle is normally 40 days with 5 days of bleeding. My last regular period was 7/27. I was suppose to get my period 9/5. I started bleeding non 9/5 but only spotting and only when I wiped. That lasted for 13 days so it stopped on 9/18. The spotting was on & off during those days. So on 9/29, I started spotting again and it’s the same thing again. It’s only when I wipe and it’s light pink & brown. I have cramping on my lower right abdomen, sensitive nipples, nausea , headaches & FREQUENT URINATION! I don’t know what’s going on. I had a pregnancy test done on 9/25 and it was negative so what could this be? Am I pregnant? Is this anovulation? Changing cycles?
