Is it possible to lose weight while pregnant?

Not that I will starve, but have any of you lost weight during pregnancy eating a healthy diet?

I’m honestly hoping I do. I went from an absolutely terrible diet, to pretty clean eating. I’m hoping I’ll maintain the same weight and just lose fat and gain baby

I’ve lost with both pregnancies now. With my first, I didn’t start gaining till after I was 20 weeks. My docs weren’t worried as long as I was eating and able to keep food down. So far with this baby, I’ve lost around 5-7 pounds, and I’m 15 weeks. I never really changed my diet at all, honestly I’m probably eating more at the moment 😂 good luck to you in your journey!

There are women who haven’t gained any weight during pregnancy. You don’t HAVE to gain anything as long as baby is growing.

I lost over 30 pounds with my first pregnancy. I stayed the same weight in my second pregnancy but gained after I had baby. This pregnancy I'm 34 weeks 1 day and I'm losing weight again. Baby is healthy and growing so no complaints from my doctor.

Yes people have lost weight during pregnancy but even if you’re overweight, it’s not good for the baby to be losing weight. You should be gaining weight in the second and third trimester!!
