Can you ovulate again when hcg is dropping?

I’m sorry such a stupid question 
I had D&C September 19th for missed miscarriage my hcg was 20,000
Today I have tons of egg white discharge today and this is when I would usually ovulate around 
But when I do hpt it’s still light positive, so I couldn’t be ovulating yet?!🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

you can ovulate with hcg .. you just can’t trust opks to tell you cause they will pick up in the littlest hcg
