Housing market it ridiculous!

Is it just my area??

My fiancé and I have been actively looking for a home to buy for about a year.

There were lots of nice houses we found in good areas in January and February for 120k-150k and we thought they were over priced and we could find something better for the money.

March everything went to shit.

We have seen 42 houses and put in offers on 8 and no luck.

Currently all that is being listed are literal crack houses, sold as is, needing complete reno for minimum of 180k.

Like wtf..

We are quickly losing hope.

Anyone else having this problem?
