Has anyone felt this?

22 weeks here, a few days ago I was experiencing sharp quick pains in the middle of my lower abdomen, right about my pubic bone to an inch below my belly button. It got worst throughout the day. It was random and not consistent timing. But the pain never got worst than a 5. I went to my OB the next day after being concerned and she gave me a progesterone shot and put me on bed rest. Said her concern was preterm labor, but no other signs of it. No bleeding or trouble urinating and my cervix is closed. I’m still having the pain every now and then. What could this be? They never mentioned Braxton Hicks either.
