What is this 2.5% chance of getting pregnant. I know I ovulated over a week ago. 
Sorry if I'm being silly. But I don't get it?

But if a human egg is only viable for 12 to 24 hours, you can get pregnant anytime from about five days prior to ovulation to even occasionally two days after, for a total of about seven days.  Why is it still saying 2.5% chance??

Because Glow doesn't actually know when you're ovulating, it's just an estimate according to their algorithm. So you could ovulate earlier or later, conceiving at a different time, but they are predicting the chances are very low.
