Healing c-section as “plus size”

Is it true your wound is harder to heal when your a bigger woman? Like since you have a bigger hanging belly? Are there more chances of it being infected? Or is it just the same if you didn’t have a bigger belly? I feel like regardless of the size no matter what you should clean it daily and take care of your wound till it completely heals . What is your advice on that? How did your wound heal? Did it keloid? Also if I have a history of keloid scars will my wound turn into a keloid. Sorry for all the questions just super curious and scared
