gestational diabetes blood sugar readings ??

i was just told earlier this week that I have gestational diabetes, and I would need to log my readings for a week then my dr will go over them with me. i’m just curious what is too low and what’s too high for a blood sugar reading .. I was told to check a hr before I eat breakfast, and a hr after I eat lunch , and a hr after dinner. here’s my logs so far ..

Fasting should be between 60-90
After two hours it should be below 140 and four hours should be less than 120. These are the numbers my doctors have told me each pregnancy. Looks like yours may be able to be controlled through diet. Mine was not

Im so nervous for mine. I have it in 4 weeks. And im scared😅are you on any certain diet? Or have to go to the doc more often?
