Use the measurements on the package as the main guideline that you follow. However, you need to use common sense also. If baby is finishing all of it and seems to still be hungry, then it might be time to add alittle more. Also take into account your baby’s percentiles. My son was always in the 99th percentile, so obviously his calorie intake needs were higher than a baby that is smaller. You just need to use common sense and follow your baby’s lead. They will let you know if they are still hungry.
Increase the ounces?
How do you know when to increase the ounces of formula baby is fed?
Currently my baby is a week and a half old and eats 2oz, just recently baby started to actually finish it all.
