How often does your little on spit up?

We are becoming increasingly worried about how often ours is spitting up and would just like to see what’s normal!

I’m between feeds, during feeds, before/after feeds, ALL the time. 😫

My son spits up after every feeding (he’s exclusively breastfed). He’s gaining weight and isn’t uncomfortable after he spits up so his doctor isn’t concerned but wants us to just keep an eye on it if circumstances change. His doctor used the term “happy spitter” because he isn’t uncomfortable. But he can often soak a burp rag after each feeding from the spit up.

Our pediatrician also called called our baby a happy spitter. He is EBF and will spit up in between breasts during the feed and after. Sometimes he can go an hour after the feed and will then spit up.
He never seems uncomfortable and 99% of the time it isnt a forceful spitup.
We are worried about weight gain but that seems to do more with my supply so we do go to our pediatrician frequently for weight checks but so far are still on breastfeeding only. As long as he is going up even if a little slow they arent concerned about the spits.

My son would full on vomit after almost every feeding. People kept acting like I was a crazy ftm. They kept changing my word from vomit to spit up in conversations and I would be like no it’s full on vomit. No one listened to me until I caught it on video a few times. Now they changed his formula and we got reflux meds and found out he has Laryngomalacia.
