Easiest way to give baby liquid medicine?

My 9 week old hates taking liquid medicine with the syringe. She spits it out every time. Is there another way I can try? She takes reflex medicine so she has to take it 20-30 minutes before her bottle.

We give our daughter reflux medicine. I have the paci ready and once the medicine is in, I put the paci in her mouth. This has worked for us.

My daughter takes that too. I squeeze her cheeks as soon as I put it in her mouth. I saw the nurse do it when she had to get that liquid with her shots.

I would dribble it down the back of my kids throat, once he stopped screaming he wouldn't even realize I gave it to him

If it's omeprazole, it honestly taste like poison (I know it's not of course)!  See if your pharmacy will flavor it. That helped some, we also had to just give it in super small doses into the back of her cheek. We ended up getting permission to split her dose and give it to her two times per day.

Squirt a little in her mouth then blow on her face.  That triggers the swallow reflex.  The reflux medicine tastes horrendous so that’s probably why she fusses over it 😫
