Im about 6 weeks now still haven't gotten my bloods tests back conforming my pregnancy but itv been having morning sickness and what not and two BFP

I had cramping and bleeding for 24 hrs a week ago (6th) week, i have had bloodwork and ultrasound since and all is ok, I hope same for you! 
​Call your doctor and get baby checked

Is it heavy?  Can you call your doctor's answering service and speak to the physician on call?  They may direct you to the emergency room.
