31 weeks and movements have slowed down?!

Usually my girl is so active! But the past 3 days have been VERY slow and not as active. It is making me nervous and idk what to do if it’s normal or not 🤷🏼‍♀️ I am 31 weeks! Advice?!

If you ever question her movements just give your DR a call or the maternity unit. They are happy to bring you in to monitor movement and heart rate, they actually encourage you to do so if you are ever worried. They know that mama knows best x

Have you tried drinking something really cold and eating something sweet then laying on your side and doing a kick count?
If you're noticing a definite change, and it wasn't just one sleepy day, I'd call your doctor in the morning just in case.
