Not sure if AF or.. ? Wondering if anyone else experienced the same thing

Hey ladies 
I’m PRETTY sure AF showed up 4 days early.. (odd for me unless I had my cycle wrong) ☹️ but i put a tampon in today .. for like 8 hours (I know not the best).. but when I took it out it was brown brownish pink blood, 1/4 saturated. I took a PT with FMU this morning and was negative. I’m 10DPO today. So seems early? 
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or not

I had the same thing happen I was bleeding around the 16th very light and only half of the tampon my left side only had blood on it and it was very little and I also had mine is for 8 hours and it was brown . And a week later my nipples and boobs got bigger this week you can dead see the veins and currently think I’m pregnant I posted a couple of photos ..
