Washing machine takes too long to finish?

How long does your washing machine take to finish a cycle  On hot water setting? Mine takes about 3 hours which I think is crazy!! Is that normal?

I've never actually watched the time, but I'd guesstimate that it takes under an hour, to an hour max, for every cycle

My washer had Express wash as an option, so I pick that and it takes 20 minutes

My LG washer has different settings, speed wash is about 20 mins, regular hot cycle is about 45 mins, the longest hot water soak cycle is 1.5 hours.

Depending on the settings, never more than 2.5 hours and that’s if I’m doing a sanitizing steam cycle.
