Am I having signs of pregnancy ?

Honestly I really don’t have no one to talk to about things like this. I had sex for the second time with my boyfriend which he did not cum in me however i don’t know why I have some feeling in my throat and after we were done I was bleeding for at least a week and a half I thought maybe my period came early but I really don’t know if that’s normal can anyone give me some responds to that ?
