I’m going to sound insane, but I just dropped one of my prenatal vitamins onto my kitchen counter (which I haven’t wiped down in a few days (we don’t prep food on it) but it’s where we put my cat and dog food bowls when we fill them up in the mornings. And these bowls normally sit in the cat tree/cat bed or on the ground. Without giving it a second thought, I went ahead and proceeded to take it. Now I’m paranoid I will get sick because the vitamin made brief contact with a surface that touched unclean cat and dog food bowls (worried about toxoplasmosis or listeria (which you can apparently get from pet food) . I have anxiety and am getting help for it, so please don’t make fun of me. Will my baby be okay? Am I being obnoxious lol?
