Has anyone tried coq10 to TTC?

I take the jarrow brand ubiquinol. I have pcos so it’s recommended for egg quality. Please consult with a doctor before starting any supplement.

Yes my fertility doc recommended me to take it but to get the ubiquinol brand. I get mine from Costco.

It takes 3 months to improve egg quality, and it has to be an all natural form of CoQ10. Most supplements aren’t all natural unfortunately.

I took it for 4 months and then had a bfp. It ended in a chemical. 
I took the qh absorb jarrow brand 100mg ubiquinol with the yellow label from amazon. If you take it, one at breakfast and one at lunch. Not any in afternoon because it can impact sleep
