Paranoid second time

So I’m so extra paranoid. Everyone keeps telling me that your second child always comes earlier than the first and this baby is unpredictable. She is wild and in the past few days I’ve felt so bad my mucus plug partially came out. But thanks to the great mamas and advice on here I see that’s no big deal. But this little girl stretches and kicks so hard I think my waters gonna break. Just full of pain. My back is killing me. I’m so tired. I took a Tylenol in hopes of just sleeping a little at least. Any suggestions??
