How are we doing? Has your milk come in yet? How's your scar healing?lets update/ catch up.  I'm 8 days post op. Got my staples removed and dr saw there was fluid built  up in the incision. She opened the incision, drained it, and packed it with gauze. This has been an every day thing and now I have a home health wound care nurse coming to my house to drain and pack me. No infection, just a ton of fluid. My milk came in on day 4 but it's not enough to feed her. I've been pumping and started lactation supplements and I'm getting about 1/2 an oz from both breasts per 15 minute pumping session. Baby latches on just fine and suckles for about 10 minutes at a time. How are you doing?
