Prayers needed

Had a miscarriage in September. 5 weeks tomorrow. Had pain on my left side. Called obgyn and they took urine and blood. Got a call today saying that they were sending me to get an ultrasound asap. They said my levels were too high to be 5 weeks and they want to see where the baby is at. Levels were 11,003. Lets just pray that it is twins and not an EP. Prayers please. They have me so worried.
