Miscarriage at home - what to expect?

Hi everyone.

I already posted that I lost my baby, but now I’m wondering about what to expect with the miscarriage process. I started bleeding on Friday but it was very slow over the weekend until yesterday (Sunday) evening. Cramps started but they were no worse than period cramps. I had them for a couple hours & there was a good half hour period I was sitting on the toilet passing a lot of blood & lots of tissue - among that 4 huge huge clots. Went to the ER to get checked out & I’m fine. Not hemorrhaging or anemic.

Fast forward, no blood on my pad overnight & I’m so far just seeing it this morning when I wipe. Also cramps are gone this morning. Did I pass my baby amongst those clots yesterday & not notice? Or should I expect more periods of heavy clots passing this week? Thanks
