I have been putting desitin on every single diaper change and it has cleared up fine but then I go to change after her 2 hr nap and she broke out again. It doesnt hurt her just a few red bumps around the top.

Could her pee be causing it? Been giving her juice and water now. But have been doing the same thing for months now and nothing.

I have been using huggies diapers for months now as well but my hubby had gotten a huge box of parents choice wipes. Half way through the box and shes breaking out now.
