What is an enema exactly and how do I do that to prepare for anal ?

An enema is to flush out any feces you may still have in your colon. It can be done to prepare for anal, although I would wait a day or two after before engaging just to make sure it doesn't get messy. I've also heard of people having an enema done to lose a few lbs. quickly.  It's not necessary for anal, just make sure you have gone #2 before and you shouldn't have any embarrassing accidents.

Oh no oh no oh no enemas are so bad! 😩 I have anal very frequently and have NEVER taken laxatives or an enema EVER. All you have to do is have a healthy digestive system. Just have a normal, healthy poop a few hours before sex. That's all it takes! Just please don't go to that extreme every time you do anal, it isn't necessary or healthy.

You absolutely don't need to do an enema before anal. I would shower first, but that's it. Having diarrhea from an enema doesn't sound like great foreplay.
