Any Fellow Anterior Placenta Mums to be?

Hi all! 👋 
I’m 16+3 with our first baby (we’re having a girl!). I also found out last weekend that I have an anterior placenta, and thought anyone else who also has AP might like to share updates/thoughts on feeling first movements.
I’ve felt some; what I can only describe as fizzing or tickling last week. This week in an evening when I sit still I feel a little pressure on the bottom left (which I believe is where baby’s legs are)
I know it could be a while yet until I feel a proper kick or a wave but would be nice to hear/share with anyone else who has AP.

This is my second baby and I initially was worried caus I hardly felt anything up until around 21 weeks. With my son it happened earlier. So I was relieved when my doc told me it's just the anterior placenta. I am 23 weeks now and today baby girl threw some good punches 😅

AP here & ftm. I started feeling movements at 18 weeks. It felt like a muscle twitch or someone poking me really fast and softly lol. They got stronger the next week and more frequent. I really only felt them laying down. Then sitting up and then standing around 21 weeks. I’m 27 weeks now and some days it’s still hard to tell if I’m busy! But once I sit I can feel his little movements for sure 😊

So with my AP I felt gassy type flutters, kind of like what you’d imagine a half full bottle of water felt like if you slowly tilt it to the side, at around 17 or 18 weeks. Then I felt her first kick while I was using my Doppler at 19 weeks exactly. (Scared me because I heard a big boop and then realized I felt it too!) that felt like if you push your home button on an iPhone or pop small bubble wrap. Then me and my husband both felt her from the outside at 21 weeks exactly. We are now 26 weeks and she moves all the time. I feel her mostly really high or really low, but sometimes I feel her right under my belly button!  💕

I had AP with my first and I felt flutters at 16 weeks and they very quickly grew stronger. By 20 weeks I felt like a dryer full of tumbling shoes. My daughter did marshal arts training in there. And I felt them everywhere, even in the front. This girl is legit strong.

Felt her for the first time at 20w6d. Little punches and kicks around the edges.

Hi, congrats!! I have an AP and first felt a little movement around 18 weeks (at the time I didn’t know I was feeling the baby). When week 20 arrived I was able to feel the kicks from the outside (my husband felt it too! 😭). 
My baby gets really active if I have a little Ice cream then lay on my back. 😂
