How to tell your parents?

I'm so scared to tell my mom. I'm 16 && I'm only about a month along but she always said that if I got pregnant she would kill me. Any tips or stories to share??

I am 16 and 32 weeks along. When I told my parents I texted them (I know, not the right thing) but I lived with my boyfriend not them. I just simply said I'm about a month along and if you don't want anything to do with me that's fine, but just know that when the baby comes you won't have anything to do with it either. It took them a couple of days to finally calm down and now they are really supportive and excited!

My mom said that and her only reaction when I told her was "It better be a girl" my dad just said okay and dealt with it. Getting mad wont change the fact that it happened.

I live with my Dad and he always told me the same thing. When I told him he was furious. But eventually he did come around. Give her time, it's a lot to take in (I'm 17 and 35 weeks)

My mom just knew I was pregnant before I could even tell her!! It was crazy everyday she's ask me "are you pregnant" so eventually I just said yes.
