Breast pain!!!

Omg, my breast hurt worst than in the first trimester. It just started happening this week (28 weeks). I'll just be sitting here and then all the sudden I get this excruciating pain in my left breast. It lasts for like a minute off and on.  I thought I wouldn't feel this until after baby got here and milk came in. I mean I am leaking...Anyone else experiencing anything similar? I didn't have pain like this until after my daughter was born with previous pregnancy.
