Like your soul is free from your body, wont be in control of you body everything feels amazing.. there's no other feelings like it or that compare. Its magical, you'll definitely know you're having one no guessing. 
I've slept with over 20 different partners and never once had an orgasm. For a while i thought something was wrong with me, i thought I'd never have one i even saw doctors about it. My first orgasm was just 3.5 months ago with my boyfriend, happened the first day we met. From it learned you have to be completely 100% comfortable with your partner, you have to relax and focus only on the feeling of be touched don't let your mind wonder. 
Also some woman maybe not be able to ever have an orgasm by they're partner(s) BUT everyone is capable of making themselves have an orgasm, you just have to get to know your body and figure out what feels good to you. Just remember to constantly focus on that feeling.
