Help me outttt

Hey guys I had an ultrasound today and they seen a sac but no baby. I’m not really sure when I ovulated so I go back in two weeks. But I’m freaking out. My doctor said not to freak out and I’m probably just super early. Have y’all had this and the outcome was a healthy baby?!
