Raspberry leaf tea??

I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant, I’m not trying induce my labor or anything but when is it recommended to start drinking raspberry leaf tea??

Raspberry leaf tea doesn’t induce labour or even make it start early and is safe anytime in the third trimester!
It’s to tone your uterus and make labour go quicker when it does start.
My OB gave me the okay time start at 34 weeks and I’ve been having a cup every night for the past 2 weeks!
I’m 36 weeks 3 days!

My last pregnancy I started at 36 weeks and went into labor at 39 weeks (with the help of evening primrose oil). I’m 34 weeks now and I’ve been drinking it the past two weeks. It helped me have a fast easy delivery and I’m hoping for the same this time around.

My ob told me to start at 33 weeks. As another person mentioned, it’s purpose is to prepare the uterus not to induce labor.

I think ~35 weeks is generally recommended so it has time to work. My package just says third trimester but I don’t think it’s recommended too early in third.
