No, because your sore breasts are a symptom of ovulation, not pregnancy. In the first two weeks after ovulation, any and all symptoms you’d experience are simply the result of high progesterone which rises immediately following ovulation. 
These symptoms would be the same for that cycle whether you get pregnant or not. If you do get pregnant, then progesterone will remain high and symptoms will continue. If you do not get pregnant, progesterone will drop around the time you get your period, and symptoms will typically ease up or go away completely or change in some way.
True pregnancy symptoms don’t typically start until approximately 5-6 weeks (1-2 weeks after a missed period). At that point, a pregnancy test would already be positive.
At 6dpo, nothing pregnancy-related has happened yet. Implantation happens most often between 8-10dpo and can take as long as 12dpo. It only happens as early as 6dpo less than 0.5% of the time.

Normally in the TWW progesterone rises and gives all those symptoms as well. Try not to symptom spot as sore boobs can happen either way. Good luck for testing in the next week!
