Growth spurts come with cluster feeding so there's a better chance of a developmental leap. Probably the fourth one.

Wasn’t your baby born really early?  My son is 17 weeks (was 4 days early) and has been in the 4th leap for 2 weeks now.  I agree with the other poster that it’s probably the 4th leap.
