Baby movements/old wives tale

Hey everyone. Had a silly question to ask. I’m a FTM and just recently started feeling my baby boy move😍 I’m 20w 2days now. I feel him move quite often now and I love knowing he’s in there! I was caught crocheting by my mother in law yesterday and she told me I shouldn’t do that because the baby will get tangled up. I don’t believe in silly old wives tale but it’s been stuck in my mind. It bothered me. After she said that a few people have been telling me if the baby is moving too much he can also get tangled in his cord. Should I be worried or tell my OB? Or should I just ignore everyone?😓 I know I should be worried about decreased movements but what about increased? Thanks y’all
