My LO is almost 11 months. Breastfeeds with no problem from the beginning. He never sticks out his tongue and i’m worried he has a tongue tie too.

Yes that’s a lip tie. May cause spacing between the teeth when older. The procedure to have it cut takes about 2 minutes and is painless!

You can get him evaluated but if there have been no problems with breastfeeding or solids I would let it be. If there ends up with speech issues you can revise later. 
I am tongue tied and had no issues. My son was tied (lip and tongue) and we had his revised because of lain during nursing. However, it only made our journey harder not immediately easier like people told me it would. I wouldn’t jump to revision for a next kid.

I’m tongue tied and my parents had the option to cut it but they chose not to  
Its never impacted my life so I don’t think it’s anything to worry about if your baby breast feeds fine and doesn’t seem to have any issues
