Do whatever your comfortable with. I said yes because I did drink a lot and conceived very easily but if you’re worried about it affecting your chances then I say don’t do it

Alcohol is a neurotoxin. I'll never understand why anyone would ever drink alcohol 🤷🏼‍♀️
You also wouldn't go and drink a glass of lead "infested" water 🤷🏼‍♀️
So if you're trying to have a baby, why would you poison yourself just before potentially getting pregnant? That's my honest opinion based on science.

I know many women who had drinks prior to conceiving or while ttc and to each their own. I know for me I conceived when I quit drinking or had very minimal amounts. I don’t know if it was a coincidence but all the times I conceived I had quit drinking weeks/month prior. Anytime I was drinking more than just a little or had girls nights out drinking wine I would be disappointed with negative tests month after month. I would say for your health, health of baby to come as well as increasing your chances of good fertility to not drink is best, that’s my opinion though.
