Clomid mg help

I’ve been on clomid what felt like much of the past 3 years. I got pregnant first try on 100 mgs 3 years ago almost. Decided to try for another baby went on 100 mgs 2 years later and again got pregnant and miscarried. At the start of the pandemic I went back on and decided to try 150 mgs twice and didn’t get pregnant. I took a break focus on health and went back on 100 mgs twice and again didn’t work. It could be pandemic stress. I work from home full time, I have 11 year old who is a full time remote and not really adjusting correctly and a toddler who is also home with him. I also reduced my exercise by not going into the office. I wasn’t sure if anyone had a better chance on a higher dose or clomid when it stops working for you? I will be going to a specialist in nov. I really don’t like the answer I got pregnant twice on it, it should continue to work for me.
