So I’m 37.5 weeks pregnant with my first. I went to the bathroom and my underwear was wet kinda like I peed myself. It didn’t reach my sweats but still kinda a lot. There was discharge like normal but the wetness was new to me and idk what’s going on??? I wasn’t doing anything crazy I was sitting on the couch. Is that my water slowly breaking? Or did I pee myself without noticing. Please help me.... (The past 2 days I’ve been having pelvic pain, back pain, and hip pain. It’s sharp and then goes away comes back a few minutes later I have a dr appointment tomorrow so I will ask them but I don’t want it to be to late if something happens.)
