Chamomile tea while breastfeeding ?

Is chamomile tea safe while breastfeeding???🙂 
What about the Theraflu tea?

My midwife actually recommended chamomile tea to help me relax when struggling to breastfeed! I like to have a cup in the evenings while I’m getting ready for bed.

Both should be fine but you can always check with your doctor about the theraflu
