I met the LOML in Cancun 4 years ago most our relationship has been long distance but we have been fortunate. We take trips once a year to see other and often stay at least 4 months. He was in the states when COVID hit so he had to stay longer than usual. He proposed a month ago and I'm 4 months pregnant.

He's happy to let me choose where to get married but he has hopes of raising the baby in Mexico, where we met of course. He says his time in the US has been like a horror film with all the racism and whatnot going on. Our baby being a black latinx is like a double whammy I don't feel safe raising he or she here yet I can't help but fear moving out the country. Out of state is one thing but a whole new country????? Plus I'm a milk chocolate red head I'm gonna stick out like a sore thumb.

I have no family my daddy died, my brother is in the military living in Japan and my mom chose her boyfriend over me a long time ago. I know his family, I made a few friends out there and I can get a job. I can go idk if it's the pregnancy or what but why am I so scared?!
