How long did it take you to get a diagnosis?

I've gone to the gyno twice and they do an ultrasound inside and never see anything wrong. But something isnt right! Should I keep pushing?
I live in Denmark.

You have to have a procedure done to diagnose endo.

Keep pushing, endometriosis is only viewed via a ultrasound occasionally and it’s when there is adhesions/DIE but sometimes you can have both and it’s not viewable as well!

Only way to diagnose endo is laparoscopic surgery. No ultrasound or other test will pick it up

Typically it cannot be seen on an ultrasound. It’s only diagnosable with laparoscopic surgery. But occasionally signs of it can be seen over ultrasound if there are deeper lesions and cysts present. In my case, it was seen on my ultrasound. I get surgery next month to remove the bad tissue and my cyst. They won’t know the extent of everything though until they’re performing the surgery. It’s more often very difficult to diagnose unless you have visible signs of it, like chronic cysts that won’t go away.
