Change pill time?

I'm wondering if I can change what time I take the pill? I want to change it from 10:30pm to 7:00am but I've only been on it for 2 weeks. Should I just take it at 10:30 tonight and 7:00 tomorrow?

Can you wait u till you get your period? It's best to change it then because it won't decrease its effectiveness.

As it's quite a big change I'd do it gradually, or if you just want to change it straight away just remember you won't be protected for 7 days.
