help!!!!

I last had unprotected sex on the 17th October my injection ran out round about then (it was my first injection ever) I bled lightly up until about the 5th November, I've had severe mood swings, weird and smelly discharge weird dreams, sore stomach, feeling dizzy, headaches and cravings. Is this just because of injection running out or??? I took a pregnancy test about two weeks ago and it was negative but my period wasn't due till about a few days ago so should I do another one?
